Job summary

RAFA Kidz Ltd is seeking an Early Years Educator Level 3 to join our City of Westminster settings. You will plan, deliver and review engaging activities aligned with EYFS, supporting children's development on-site.

Ideal candidates hold a Level 3 childcare qualification, have at least one year of nursery experience, and hold a Paediatric First Aid certificate. DBS checks are required; travel between nurseries may be needed.

Qualifications

• Qualified Early Years Educator with Level 3 childcare qualification.
• Minimum 1 year nursery experience.
• Paediatric First Aid certificate.
• Experience applying EYFS learning outcomes to planning.

Responsibilities

• Plan and carry out fun, educational activities using EYFS outcomes.
• Update records to meet Ofsted requirements.
• Act as designated key worker for a group of children.
• Work with Senco to identify and support children with SEND.

About you

As a qualified Early Years Educator you will hold a full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification and have a sound knowledge of the responsibilities that go with the role. We need you have a minimum 1 years nursery experience and a Paediatric First Aid certificate. A typical day in the role will involve;

• Using the EYFS learning outcomes to plan and carry out fun, educational and stimulating activities
• Updating and maintaining accurate records that fulfil Ofsted requirements
• Designated key worker responsibilities for a group of children
• Work with Senco to identify and support children with special educational needs and disabilities
