Job summary

RAFAKidz Nursery in High Wycombe is hiring an Early Years Educator Level 3 on a full-time basis. You will plan activities using EYFS, maintain records and act as a designated key worker for a group of children.

A Paediatric First Aid certificate and a minimum of 1 year nursery experience are required; DBS checks are standard. The role offers support, benefits, and opportunities to promote within RAFAKidz.

Responsibilities

About you

As a qualified Early Years Educator you will hold a full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification and have a sound knowledge of the responsibilities that go with the role. We need you have a minimum 1 years nursery experience and a Paediatric First Aid certificate.

A typical day in the role will involve

• Using the EYFS learning outcomes to plan and carry out fun, educational and stimulating activities
• Updating and maintaining accurate records that fulfil Ofsted requirements
• Designated key worker responsibilities for a group of children
• Work with Senco to identify and support children with special educational needs and disabilities
