Job summary

RAFAKidz Limited in Medmenham, Marlow is seeking an Early Years Educator Level 3. The role requires a Level 3 childcare qualification and a Paediatric First Aid certificate, with at least 1 year nursery experience. You will plan with EYFS, keep records for Ofsted, and act as a designated key worker to a group of children.

Qualifications

• As a qualified Early Years Educator you must hold a Level 3 childcare qualification and have a Paediatric First Aid certificate.
• A typical day involves planning activities using EYFS, maintaining records, and providing individual support to children.

• Using the EYFS learning outcomes to plan and carry out fun, educational and stimulating activities
• Updating and maintaining accurate records that fulfil Ofsted requirements
• Designated key worker responsibilities for a group of children
• Work with SENCO to identify and support children with special educational needs and disabilities

About you
