Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is recruiting a Service Delivery Manager for the Liverpool site to lead the engineering team and ensure safe, compliant maintenance in line with contractual obligations.

You will drive performance, manage day-to-day operations, coordinate with Helpdesk, and develop the team while maintaining strong client relationships.

Experience supervising maintenance teams and knowledge of CAFM/IT tools are desirable; a proactive leader with excellent communication will fit well.

Qualifications

• Strong supervision experience of an engineering maintenance team.
• Experience driving continuous improvement in engineering standards.
• Good understanding of Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality Assurance procedures.
• Experience with CAFM systems preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site engineering team operations and maintenance to service levels.
• Monitor operational performance against KPIs and client expectations.
• Coordinate with Helpdesk and engineers to ensure proper job sheets and compliance docs.
• Develop the team and promote a proactive working environment.
• Act as a point of escalation for operational and technical issues.
