Qualifications

• At least 2 years in regulated children’s residential care.
• 1 year in a supervisory or management role.
• Deep understanding of Children’s Homes Regulations 2015.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL).
• Maintain rigorous records and lead quality of care reviews.
• Recruit and mentor staff, supporting them through qualifications.
