Job summary

A children's care service provider in Sefton is looking for a Registered Residential Manager to oversee a multi-build children’s home. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Deputy Manager within an Ofsted registered children’s home.
• Strong knowledge of the Children’s Homes Regulations and Ofsted inspection framework.
• Experience supporting children with complex needs and trauma backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a multi-build children’s home registration consisting of three homes.
• Ensure full compliance with the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015.
• Lead and develop staff teams while maintaining a safe and nurturing environment.
