About the Role

About the Role

As a Community Care Assistant, you will provide high standards of care for our service users, understand their needs, and support and engage with them. You will work on a rota pattern received in advance to help you plan and maintain a good work-life balance. Your shifts will be between 7am and 10pm.

We operate in areas including Allerton, Mossley Hill, Garston, Aigburth, Toxteth, Dingle, City Centre, Cressington, Kensington, Anfield, Everton, Vauxhall, Kirkdale, Wavertree, Speke, Woolton, Hunts Cross, and surrounding areas.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Providing care and support to vulnerable adults within their homes
  • Visiting service users to assist with tasks such as domestic duties and personal care
  • Assisting with meal prep, medication, laundry, bathing, dressing, and continence
  • Providing companionship
  • Demonstrating good communication skills and the ability to work in partnership with service users

This role is also known as Carer, Care Assistant, Care Worker, and Domiciliary Care Assistant.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Hours of work: Day shifts between 7am and 10pm, including weekends.
