Job summary

Grosvenor Casino Luton is seeking an experienced Table Gaming Manager to lead the live gaming floor, including Blackjack, Poker and live table operations. You will inspire and develop your dealers and supervisors, own the performance of the table gaming operation, and drive revenue and margin improvements through data-driven decisions.

You will balance commercial results with exceptional guest experiences, maintain player protection standards and lead the floor during shifts.

Qualifications

• Experienced live gaming leader combining people leadership with strong commercial performance.
• Solid knowledge of table games and poker operations, including rules and player protection.
• Able to turn data and insights into actions to drive revenue and efficiency.

Your Role

From Blackjack to Poker, you’ll be at the heart of the action, leading our table gaming and poker operation, inspiring your team and using insight and data to drive performance.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Leading, motivating and developing a high-performing team of dealers and supervisors.
• Taking ownership of the performance of our table gaming and poker operation.
• Driving growth in handle and margin efficiency across live gaming.

• Using Tangam software and performance insights to optimise our table gaming offer.
• Creating outstanding customer experiences while maintaining the highest standards of player protection.
• Coaching and developing your team to perform at their best.
• Making confident operational decisions and taking the lead in the absence of the General Manager.
• Creating an exciting, professional and well-run gaming environment every shift.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll be an experienced live gaming leader who knows how to combine great people leadership with strong commercial performance.

You’ll Bring

• Proven leadership experience within a live gaming environment.
• In-depth knowledge of table games and poker operations, including rules, compliance and player protection.
• Strong commercial awareness and a track record of driving revenue, margin efficiency and operational performance.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to turn data and insight into action.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coach, motivate and develop your team.
• A customer-first mindset and passion for delivering fantastic guest experiences.
• The confidence to stay calm under pressure and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

The Important Bit

Our casinos operate 24/7, so flexibility is key. This role will include night shifts and weekends as part of the working pattern.

Candidates must be 18 or over and have the legal right to work in the UK.
