Job summary

Onyx Commerce seeks a Studio Operations Manager/Lead to take full-time ownership of our live studio operations in the UK. You will steer day-to-day studio management, plan capacity, coordinate resources, and ensure seamless delivery of live productions for client brands.

The role requires strong operational and leadership capabilities, experience in studio or live production, and the ability to drive efficiencies and scale across the business.

Qualifications

• Strong operations or production-coordination background in studio, live, or broadcast environments.
• Management of studio teams and individuals.
• Excellent organisation and stakeholder management.
• Data-literate with ability to build and report studio P&L and operational metrics.
• Tech-savvy with ability to implement systems to drive efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management of Onyx Studios, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Understand, report on the studio operation P&L to agency leadership.
• Collaborate with TikTok Live Ops and Strategy Manager to deliver high-quality Lives for major brands.
• Serve as the operational liaison with Account Management on delivery and deadlines.
• Operationalise and automate client bookings, scheduling and studio resourcing.
• Own the studio resourcing plan, including interviewing freelancers and managing invoicing.
