Job summary

Monsoon Accessorize is seeking a Studio Manager to lead end‑to‑end studio operations, from asset creation to live delivery across brands. You will own calendars, SLAs and the critical path, chair meetings, and ensure high‑volume ecommerce output meets premium standards on time and within budget.

You will manage a freelance network, optimise costs, and drive improvements across processes, systems, and stakeholder communications to support multi‑brand content across owned sites and marketplaces.

Qualifications

• Substantial studio or content production management experience in fashion, retail or e‑commerce.
• Proven track record delivering high‑volume e‑commerce content to a premium standard, at pace.
• Expert critical path and project management skills with the confidence to hold dates.

Responsibilities

• Own the studio's end‑to‑end critical path from buy sign‑off to retouched assets live on site and in channel.
• Build and maintain the master shoot calendar across brands and categories against trade launch dates.
• Set and protect turnaround SLAs; flag risk early and re‑plan proactively.
• Chair studio meetings; be the single point of accountability for delivery dates across teams.
• Drive daily shot‑rate, capacity and utilisation planning to keep days fully loaded.
