Job description

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and identify opportunities.
2. Conduct technical product demonstrations and presentations.
3. Develop and deliver compelling technical proposals and presentations.
4. Provide technical support during the sales process, including answering technical questions and resolving technical issues.
5. Design and architect customized solutions to meet customer needs.
6. Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and test new solutions.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies.
8. Provide technical guidance and support during the implementation phase.

THAT'S YOU

1. Strong technical background in live production, including a deep understanding of video production workflows, replay systems, and editing tools.
2. Experience with cloud-based solutions and remote production workflows.
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
4. Ability to understand complex technical concepts and explain them in simple terms.
5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
6. Self-motivated and results-oriented.
7. Mobility and willingness to travel – lives within reach of a major airport.
8. Knowledge of video production equipment: Familiarity with cameras, audio mixers, and other relevant hardware is beneficial.
9. Understanding of video formats and codecs: This knowledge is helpful for managing and processing different types of video content.
10. Knowledge of baseband and IP-Video technology (SDI, 2110), video compression and IP network technology (VLAN, IGMP, ptp, switches…).
11. Basic knowledge of Operating Systems Windows and Linux operating systems.
12. Knowledge in relevant cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
