Job summary

Regal Cloud is seeking IT Support Engineers with broad, hands-on experience in a busy, live operational environment. You will support Windows and Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Entra ID, and network services, ensuring user access, security, and uptime across stores and venues.

In this role you’ll troubleshoot incidents to Level 2, manage hardware and POS-related tech, and support CCTV and access-control systems in fast‑paced settings. Retail, hospitality, or high‑availability environments are a plus.

Qualifications

• Broad, hands-on IT support experience in a live operational environment.
• Experience supporting a mix of Windows/Microsoft 365 services and cloud identities.
• Familiarity with LAN, Wi‑Fi, TCP/IP, DHCP and DNS in high-availability settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 IT support and incident resolution in a busy environment.
• Assist with hardware, peripherals, and infrastructure support to keep operations running smoothly.
