Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, or related fields.
• Strong ability to learn new concepts quickly and apply them.
• A good sense of design and visual aesthetics, with interest in creative campaign execution.
• Analytical and logical thinking skills, with basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively across teams and cultures.
• Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
• Able to manage tasks independently with guidance, prioritise effectively, and contribute ideas in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Market Insights (NL & EU Emerging Markets): Conduct research on the Dutch and wider European emerging markets to extract user and industry insights that inform campaign strategy.
• Campaign Design & Execution: Support the design and implementation of live streaming campaigns, including mechanics, rewards, and creator engagement.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign data and performance metrics, generate reports, and provide feedback for optimisation.
• Gameplay Validation: Assist in testing and validating effective gameplay designs to enhance campaign impact and user engagement.
