Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Strategy and Operations Intern for TikTok LIVE in London. The role offers hands-on experience with the LIVE Creator Network Operations team, exposure to creator economies, and opportunities to work on education materials and campaigns.

The internship suits undergraduates in Business/Marketing/Communications/Data-related fields who are social-media savvy, data-driven, and comfortable engaging with creators. Training and development workshops are provided.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Media, or Data-related discipline.
• Social-media savvy with strong interest in live-streaming and creator economy; awareness of internet trends.
• Data-oriented with basic analytical capabilities and logical thinking.
• Understanding internet operation methodologies (growth funnel, retention, lifecycle).
• Familiar with platforms such as TikTok and short-form or livestream ecosystems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with creators.

Responsibilities

• Assist in resolving issues creators encounter during LIVE process including operations, trust & safety concerns.
• Help develop and localise educational materials for creators on guidelines and platform features.
• Support planning, localisation and execution of campaigns and summarise results for improvements.
• Support execution of projects from in-person events to online initiatives.
