Qualifications

• Professional proficiency in English and Chinese to communicate with local stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
• An additional European language is preferred for communication with sellers and local teams across Europe.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with availability for an internship of at least three months.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; SQL or data visualization experience is a plus.
• Strong project management and execution skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities across functions and markets.
• Attention to detail, ownership, and willingness to engage deeply in operational execution.
• Interest in e‑commerce, livestream commerce, social media, or the creator economy.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting detailed data analysis to support business decisions and identify growth opportunities across European markets.
• Support end‑to‑end execution of central LIVE projects, from strategy to recruitment, campaign execution, and post‑project reviews.
• Coordinate with local market teams to localize central initiatives and track progress while resolving issues.
• Help develop and improve LIVE commerce playbooks by combining global best practices with European market specifics.
• Support dissemination of playbooks through webinars, offline events, training sessions, and community management.
• Collaborate with Product, Recommendation, Governance and Experience, Campaign, Category Operations, and local teams to implement growth initiatives and remove roadblocks.
• Monitor livestream performance across markets and deliver regular and ad‑hoc insights.
• Identify successful market practices and replicate and scale them across Europe.
