TikTok LIVE is seeking a dynamic Country Manager to lead operations across emerging markets. You will translate product vision into regional business goals and drive cross‑functional execution with local agencies, creators, and content partners.

Based in the United Kingdom, you will build a high‑performing team, steer online and offline marketing initiatives, and help shape monetization strategies while collaborating with global product and strategy teams to advance livestreaming on a worldwide

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in content, partnerships, marketing, or business operations in technology, media, entertainment, or related industries.
• 5+ years of leadership and team management experience.
• Strong business acumen and familiarity with emerging markets; has 0 to 1 market launch experience.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into strategy.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale TikTok LIVE operations across key emerging markets, translating product vision and strategic direction into actionable business goals and execution plans.
• Own the regional livestreaming business: identify, onboard, and manage relationships with local agencies, creators, and content partners.
• Drive online and offline marketing initiatives, including brand campaigns, educational programs, and participation in industry events and forums.
• Partner closely with top creators to boost engagement and retention; contribute to revenue and monetization strategies by aligning product offerings with user demand and market trends.
• Build and lead a high‑performing local team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and impact.
