You'll translate local insights into actionable plans, manage large-scale initiatives, and collaborate across diverse teams to support a fast-paced, global platform.

Qualificações

• Experience in content platform operations, creator ecosystem operations, or related fields.
• Experience managing large-scale operations and driving initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders across diverse functions and backgrounds.
• Experience leading or managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Develop short- and long-term creator development strategies to drive growth at scale.
