Job summary

TikTok is seeking an experienced Creator Manager for its LIVE Operations team in the UK+. You will develop strategic partnerships with professional creators, agencies, talent, and production partners to drive creator growth and platform adoption.

You will manage a diverse portfolio across performance tiers, design tiered engagement strategies, and monitor key metrics such as revenue, audience growth, engagement, and monetisation to meet ambitious business objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and practical experience in creator or talent partnerships.
Experience managing professional creators, agencies, or media partners.
Strong understanding of creator economy and livestreaming platforms.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage strategic partnerships with professional creators, agencies, and production partners.
Deliver premium, consultative experiences to strengthen creator satisfaction and growth.
Own a diverse portfolio across performance tiers and balance personalised management with portfolio operations.
Design tiered engagement strategies: reviews, workshops, webinars, newsletters, community communications.
Analyse KPIs: revenue, LIVE duration, audience growth, engagement, retention and monetisation.
Drive participation in platform campaigns and monetisation initiatives.
