Job summary

Burnham Beeches Hotel is recruiting a professional, customer-focused Night Receptionist to join our team. This LIVE IN role involves delivering exceptional guest service throughout the night, ensuring a smooth reception operation and maintaining high hospitality standards.

Ideal candidates will be team players with outstanding communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Hotel reception experience is preferred but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel reception or guest services is preferred.
• Strong communication and guest-relations skills.
• Able to maintain high service standards overnight.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and check them in/out during night shifts.
• Provide information on hotel facilities and promotions.
• Complete guest documents, bills and reports accurately.
• Operate the telephone system professionally and handle enquiries.
• Carry out night audit and end-of-day procedures.
• Respond to guest requests and emergencies calmly.
