Zusammenfassung

The Guinness Partnership is seeking a live-in House Manager for our residential scheme at Charlton Court, Prestwich, Manchester. This is a part-time, permanent role offering on-site accommodation in a 2-bedroom flat and a schedule of 5 hours per day, Monday to Friday.

You will deliver high-quality welfare and safety services to residents, perform routine checks, log maintenance, and be the first point of contact for enquiries.

Qualifikationen

• Friendly, customer-focused candidate with good communication skills.
• Able to resolve practical problems and maintain safety records.
• Comfortable carrying out manual tasks and minor repairs (e.g., fixing hinges).
• Basic DBS check required; role supports on-site living.

Aufgaben

• Daily welfare checks on residents.
• Test warden call points and smoke alarms.
• Complete a monthly fire inspection of the communal building.
• Promptly report and log maintenance issues/repairs.
• Be the first point of contact for resident enquiries.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date next-of-kin contact details.
• Complete all Estates weekly paperwork.
• Attend monthly TBTs and training sessions.
• Walk the scheme to ensure grounds are maintained to a good standard.
