Job summary

We are seeking a friendly Live-in House Manager for Charlton Court in Prestwich, Manchester. The role is part-time and permanent, working 5 hours per day, Monday to Friday, with on-site accommodation provided (2-bedroom flat).

You will perform welfare checks, log maintenance issues, and be the first point of contact for residents, while maintaining records and attending training sessions. A basic DBS check is required and paid by The Guinness Partnership.

Qualifications

• Good communication, organisation and administration skills.
• Basic DBS check required.

Responsibilities

• Daily welfare checks on residents.
• Test warden call points and smoke alarms.
• Complete monthly fire inspection of the communal building.
• Report and log all maintenance issues/repairs.
• Be the first point of contact for resident enquiries.
• Maintain up-to-date next-of-kin contact details.
• Complete Estates weekly paperwork.
• Attend monthly training sessions.
• Walk the scheme to maintain grounds.
