You will work with a structured care plan and engage in regular meaningful activities, delivering compassionate, person-centred support.

The role requires at least 12 months of home care experience, including tracheostomy care and ventilation management.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months of home care experience including tracheostomy care and ventilation management.
• Compassion, professionalism, and reliability.
• Good communication skills and IT confidence.
• Hold an understanding of safeguarding.
• Ability to recognise deterioration in both psychological and physical health.

Responsibilities

• Support adult female client with complex care needs in home setting.
• Follow structured care plans and engage in meaningful daily activities.
• Provide tracheostomy care, ventilation management, PEG feeding, and medication administration.
• Work with clinical leads and care coordinator to ensure quality care.
