Innovate Care Group is seeking experienced Live-in Carers to support an adult female client with complex care needs in a long-term home placement in the Chelmsford area. You will work closely with clinical leads, follow care plans, and engage in daily routines with warmth and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Home care experience with tracheostomy care and ventilation management.
• Ability to follow structured care plans and maintain patient dignity.
