Job summary
Medicare People Limited in Chichester is seeking a compassionate Live-in Care Healthcare Assistant (HCA) to support clients at home, delivering person-centred care and companionship while helping them stay independent.
We offer flexible placements (4 days to 8 weeks), weekly earnings from £750, free accommodation, meals budget, training and ongoing support from a dedicated care team. UK right to work and safeguarding checks apply.

Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred care within clients' homes.
- Build relationships through companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with personal care, including washing, dressing and grooming.
- Support mobility and safe moving and handling.
- Prepare meals and encourage nutrition and hydration.
- Administer medication in line with care plans.
- Keep accurate and detailed care records.
- Deliver meaningful one-to-one support that promotes independence.
