Home Instead Exeter & East Devon is seeking an ambitious Live-in Care Manager to lead and grow our live-in care service across Exeter and East Devon.

You will own the live-in journey from enquiry to reviews, build referral networks with hospitals, GP practices and community organisations, and recruit and support Care Professionals to deliver outstanding person-centred care. Qualifications

• Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification or equivalent.
• Care planning, medication, quality and compliance knowledge.
• Confident in building relationships with clients, families and professionals.
• Strong networking skills and ability to develop new opportunities.
• Commercial awareness and ability to work toward growth targets.
• Organised, self-motivated and resilient with a passion for home-based care.

Responsibilities

• Grow the live-in care client base across Exeter and East Devon.
• Build referral relationships with hospitals, GPs, occupational therapists, solicitors, care homes and community organisations.
• Develop and convert a strong pipeline of new live-in care opportunities.
• Conduct client consultations, reviews and quality assurance visits.
• Create and maintain high-quality person-centred care plans.
• Recruit, support and retain excellent live-in Care Professionals.
• Carefully match clients and Care Professionals.
• Oversee live-in scheduling and continuity of care.
• Work closely with Registered Manager, Scheduling and Recruitment teams.
• Monitor growth, revenue and conversion against targets.
• Maintain excellent quality, compliance and client experience.
• Participate in the on-call rota as required.

Home Instead Exeter & East Devon is looking for an ambitious and experienced Live-in Care Manager to lead, develop and grow our live-in care service.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who combines a real passion for outstanding care with the confidence, energy and commercial drive to build relationships, generate opportunities and grow a successful live-in service.

You will take ownership of the live-in journey from enquiry through to consultation, matching, care delivery and reviews, while developing the referral relationships and Care Professional pipeline needed to grow the service.

What you’ll be doing

• Growing our live-in care client base across Exeter and East Devon
• Building strong referral relationships with hospitals, GPs, occupational therapists, solicitors, care homes and community organisations
• Developing and converting a strong pipeline of new live-in care opportunities
• Conducting client consultations, reviews and quality assurance visits
• Creating and maintaining high-quality person-centred care plans
• Recruiting, supporting and retaining excellent live-in Care Professionals
• Carefully matching clients and Care Professionals
• Overseeing live-in scheduling and continuity of care
• Working closely with our Registered Manager, Scheduling and Recruitment teams
• Monitoring growth, revenue and conversion against agreed targets
• Maintaining excellent quality, compliance and client experience
• Participating in the on-call rota as required

Who we’re looking for

• You may already work in live-in care, home care, care management or a client-facing care role.
• We are particularly interested in someone who:
• Has experience within the care sector, ideally including live-in care
• Holds a Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification or equivalent
• Understands care planning, medication, quality and compliance
• Is confident building relationships with clients, families and professionals
• Enjoys networking and developing new opportunities
• Is commercially aware and comfortable working towards growth targets
• Is organised, self-motivated and resilient
• Has a genuine passion for helping people remain independent in their own homes
