Job summary

Crieff Hydro Family of Hotels in Peebles is seeking a hands-on Bar/Operations leader to drive revenue and deliver outstanding guest experiences across our seven hotels. You will manage high-volume food and beverage operations, train and motivate teams, and implement creative ideas to differentiate our bars and venues.

You’ll work closely with a supportive, family-first culture, with live-in accommodation options and generous staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Operational and Management experience in high volume food & drink roles.
• Leadership to build happy, motivated teams.
• Passion for Scottish produce and attention to detail.
