Job summary

Cuffe & Taylor is a leading UK live music promoter delivering major concerts, festivals and tours. The Operations Administrator will support the Event Managers with administration, procurement, accommodation bookings and event documentation, working closely with Finance, Ticketing, Marketing and Artist Liaison teams.

Flexibility to travel and work on site, including evenings and weekends, is essential to ensure successful delivery of events and festivals.

Qualifications

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• Previous event experience.
• Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office, Excel and Adobe.
• Excellent formatting skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Event Managers in planning and delivery of festivals, concerts and tours.
• Assist with procurement documentation, quote trackers and supplier contracting.
• Liaise with site management teams and book hotels/accommodation.
• Run end-to-end staff and customer accreditation.
• Manage expenses and keep documentation organised.
• Respond to customer emails in Zendesk and prepare event FAQs.
