Pixl, based in Tring, Hertfordshire, is seeking a logistics-focused role to manage equipment movement for live and studio events. You will coordinate collections, deliveries, and returns, while maintaining accurate records and supporting show logistics from start to finish.

The role requires 2–3 years in logistics, carnet manifest knowledge, and strong communication. You will liaise with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams, with overtime during busy periods.

Formación

• 2–3 years of experience in logistics and transportation.
• Working knowledge of carnet manifests.
• Strong attention to detail with accurate records and documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate competing logistics demands.
• Effective communication with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and transportation partners.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365; flexibility for overtime during busy periods.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate equipment collections, deliveries, and returns with end-to-end ownership.
• Organise shipment schedules to ensure timely delivery and compliance.
• Create transfers, purchase orders, and support orders in the inventory system.
• Negotiate pricing and secure cross rentals from third-party vendors.
• Maintain logistics records and documentation; support planning and forecasting.
• Assist with quotations, project coordination, and shipment tracking.
