Job summary

Warner Bros. Studio Tour London (WBSTL) seeks a multi‑skilled Technician to join the Technical Services team as a frontline Duty Technician, supporting day‑to‑day technical needs of the attraction and delivering excellent customer service.

The role covers show technology including lighting, audio, video, and show control; you will maintain safety, assist live events, and work across departments with a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, 40 hours per week, with a rota including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in a maintenance position, ideally in entertainment/visitor attractions.
  • Experience with installed AV show systems and fault finding.
  • Basic carpentry and workshop knowledge.
  • Experience in customer facing environments with the public.
  • IT skills including Microsoft Office and networking basics.

Responsibilities

  • Setup, operate, maintain, troubleshoot and control AV and show tech to ensure consistent visitor experience.
  • Ensure maintenance tasks are delivered within schedules and standards.
  • Assist with live events as required.
  • Maintain safety for public and staff at all times.
  • Monitor assets and equipment to maximise life span.
  • Follow health and safety regulations and practices.
