Warner Bros. Studio Tour London (WBSTL) seeks a multi‑skilled Technician to join the Technical Services team as a frontline Duty Technician, supporting day‑to‑day technical needs of the attraction and delivering excellent customer service.
The role covers show technology including lighting, audio, video, and show control; you will maintain safety, assist live events, and work across departments with a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, 40 hours per week, with a rota including weekends and evenings.

Our studios are considered one of the foremost motion picture and television production and post-production facilities in the world. They inform, engage, and transport audiences to new worlds. The key to that lies with our Studio Operations group, which includes areas like soundstage/backlot set rentals, events, design, culinary, construction, landscaping and much more. Whether it’s hosting an unforgettable studio tour, creating an optimal workspace, or equipping talent to tell the best stories, these teams lay the foundation for the memorable experiences we provide.
We have an exciting opportunity available within our dynamic Technical Services team. The role is responsible for frontline Duty Technician as and when required in response to the day-to-day technical needs of the attraction. You will also be required to provide the highest levels of customer service to visitors to the attraction and internal customers.
This is a twelve month fixed term contract full-time position, averaging 40 hours per week. The role operates on a flexible rota, including a mix of early, mid, and late shifts. Shift times range from 6:30 AM (earliest start) to 10:45 PM (latest finish).
The successful candidate will be required to work every other weekend as part of the regular schedule.

Studio Tour London (WBSTL) is one of the UK’s most popular visitor attractions, is ranked as the No. 1 “Thing To Do in the UK” on Trip Advisor where it has also been awarded a Certificate of Excellence for every year of operation and has achieved consistent visitor growth since opening in March 2012.
The tour is built using world-class, industry leading AV and show technology. Following three major expansions where our technical infrastructure and breadth of responsibility has grown, we are looking to recruit an exceptional multi-skilled Technician to join an established team, ensuring that we are pushing boundaries and constantly maintaining high presentation standards to help the attraction exceed visitor expectations. If industry leading AV systems like QSYS, Medialon, Pharos, ETC, 7th Sense and Green Hippo excite you, and you have demonstratable skills across audio, video, lighting, power, set, props and general day-to-day maintenance then this is the job for you!

Onsite Working - This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement, where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
