• Experienced in managing catering or bar operations.
• Experience in large-scale events, festivals or stadia.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; able to work under pressure.
• Excellent decision-making and organisational abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with a flexible approach to hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead catering and bar operations across events to ensure safe, compliant delivery.
• Manage front-line teams and brief staff before shifts.
• Ensure outlets are ready before gates open and monitor service standards.
• Drive guest experience and resolve issues with high quality service.
• Oversee food safety, licensing compliance and stock control.
• Coordinate event life-cycle activities from build to breakdown.
