Freemans Event Partners is seeking a Duty Manager for Catering & Bars across Greenfield Events. You will lead front-line teams, ensure safe, efficient, and profitable delivery of multiple outlets, and maintain high standards from build to breakdown.

This role requires managing operations at national events, coaching managers and casual staff, and ensuring guest experiences meet premium hospitality standards while complying with food safety and licensing.

Qualifications

• Experience managing catering or bar operations in large-scale events.
• Experience in festivals, stadia or major events.
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
• Strong leadership and communication with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational delivery of catering and bar services across events.
• Ensure outlets are operational before gates open and monitor service standards.
• Manage recruitment, briefings and staff welfare across shifts.
• Drive guest satisfaction and resolve issues professionally.
• Maintain safety, licensing compliance and food safety records.
• Oversee stock, cash handling when required and audits.
