Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 4+ years PQE
• Proven ability to manage own civil litigation caseload
• Experience with professional negligence, contract disputes and shareholder disputes
• Strong client care and communication skills
• Proficient with case and document management systems; willingness to advocate when needed
• Good commercial awareness and ability to work independently or in a team

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad caseload of litigation matters including professional negligence and civil disputes.
• Provide high-quality client service and clear communication with clients and colleagues.
• Assist in progressing matters through the courts and liaising with opposing counsel.

TSR Legal are currently are currently seeking a Litigation Solicitor to join a well regarded law firm based in Swansea. The successful candidate will be dealing with a broad caseload of litigation matters including professional negligence claims, commercial contract disputes, shareholder and director disputes as well contentious probate disputes and civil litigation matters.

The team is currently undergoing a period of growth and is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic solicitor who is looking for a role within a team that is consistently ranked in the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners UK which will provide an opportunity to progress and develop a career in litigation.

Required Skills

• Solicitor - 4+ PQE
• Excellent client care skills;
• Proven ability to manage own caseload;
• Previous experience in civil litigation or similar;
• Ability to use a range of computer systems, including case and document management systems
