Job summary

TSR Legal in Swansea is seeking a Litigation Solicitor with 4+ PQE to handle a broad range of disputes, including professional negligence, commercial contract disputes, shareholder and director disputes, as well as contentious probate and civil litigation matters.

Qualifications

• Solicitor with 4+ PQE.
• Excellent client care skills.
• Proven ability to manage own caseload.
• Experience in civil litigation or similar.
• Ability to use case and document management systems.
• Willingness to conduct own advocacy where appropriate.

Responsibilities

TSR Legal are currently are currently seeking a Litigation Solicitor to join a well regarded law firm based in Swansea. The successful candidate will be dealing with a broad caseload of litigation matters including professional negligence claims, commercial contract disputes, shareholder and director disputes as well contentious probate disputes and civil litigation matters.

The team is currently undergoing a period of growth and is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic solicitor who is looking for a role within a team that is consistently ranked in the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners UK which will provide an opportunity to progress and develop a career in litigation.

Required Skills:

• Solicitor - 4+ PQE
• Excellent client care skills;
• Proven ability to manage own caseload;
• Previous experience in civil litigation or similar;
• Ability to use a range of computer systems, including case and document management systems
