Job summary

TSR Legal represents a leading regional law firm based in Bristol seeking a Solicitor to join their Dispute Resolution team on either a full or part-time basis.

Oversee a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters, providing strategic advice to a broad range of clients including businesses, landowners, farmers, charities and individuals. Work with senior lawyers to grow the department and deliver commercially sound outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year PQE in commercial litigation with a proven track record across sectors.
• Strong negotiation, mediation and advocacy skills with pragmatic, commercial advice.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters including disputes across sectors.

Solicitor – Commercial Litigation

TSR Legal are currently representing a leading regional law firm based in Bristol who are seeking a Solicitor to join our dynamic Dispute Resolution team on either a full or part-time basis.

Our client offers a broad range of legal services to individuals, businesses, and organisations. Known for its approachable and client-focused ethos, the firm provides expert advice in areas including, Commercial and Residential Property, Commercial Litigation, Corporate and Commercial Law, Agricultural Law, and Private Client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters, including partnership and shareholder disputes, construction disputes, property litigation, contentious probate, and agricultural disputes.
• Provide strategic legal advice to a broad range of clients, including businesses, landowners, farmers, charities, and individuals
• Negotiation and mediation skills to resolve disputes amicably when appropriate, while also being prepared to vigorously pursue or defend matters through litigation.
• Work closely with the Head of Dispute Resolution and other team members to develop and grow the department, contributing to the firm's overall success.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1years post-qualification experience in commercial litigation, with a proven track record of handling complex disputes across various sectors.
• Strong negotiation, mediation, and advocacy skills, with the ability to provide pragmatic and commercially sound legal advice.
• A commitment to delivering exceptional client service, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
