You will manage your own cases from instruction to resolution, advise on strategy, draft pleadings, liaise with counsel and experts, and participate in business development as the team grows. The role is initially office-based with hybrid working after probation, with potential flexible hours as the department evolves.

Qualifications

• Solicitor with 2-4 years’ PQE in general litigation.
• Experience handling a varied civil litigation caseload.
• Strong grounding in CPR and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload from instruction to resolution.
• Draft correspondence and pleadings, advise on strategy.
• Liaise with counsel and experts and progress matters under the Civil Procedure Rules.
• Develop client relationships and contribute to business development.
