• Organise exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs, and appendices.
• Aid attorneys with interrogatories and discovery requests.
• Gather information from diverse sources on a varied caseload.

• Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday

We are seeking a dedicated Litigation Solciitor to join our legal team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking to advance their career in the legal field.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Assist other attorneys in all stages of litigation processes.
• Conduct legal research and initial case assessments.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and appellate documents and instruct barristers within the court.
• Perform administrative duties (calendar hearings and deadlines, organise case files, manage logistics, etc).
• Maintain pleadings and discovery indexes.
• Organise exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs, and appendices.
• Aid other attorneys with interrogatories and other discovery requests.
• Gather relevant information from a variety of sources on a varied caseload independently

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven working experience as a litigation solicitor, ideally 2PQE+
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong research and report-generating skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and legal research software.
• LLB/LLM degree or other relevant certification.
