eNL is seeking an Associate Solicitor with NQ+ to join its Commercial Litigation team in Swansea. You will manage a varied caseload including contractual disputes, shareholder and partnership issues, debt recovery, insolvency matters, property disputes, sports law, and general civil and commercial litigation.

The firm supports flexible working and will consider part-time applicants (minimum three days per week).

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
• Knowledge of recoveries, debt recovery, and insolvency or interest in developing these areas.
• Experience or interest in property-related disputes and receiver work.
• Excellent organisational and case management skills.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate Solicitor to join the thriving Commercial Litigation team of a highly regarded and growing law firm.

The team advises a diverse client base ranging from SMEs and owner-managed businesses to major institutional clients, both regionally and nationally. This role offers the chance to work on a broad range of high-quality contentious matters within a supportive and collaborative environment.

The firm is committed to flexible working and is open to considering part-time applications, with a minimum commitment of three days per week.

The Role

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters, including:

• Contractual disputes
• Shareholder and partnership disputes
• Debt recovery and recoveries work
• Insolvency-related matters
• Property disputes and matters involving fixed charge receivers
• Sports law matters
• General civil and commercial litigation

You will have responsibility for your own caseload whilst also working closely with colleagues across the wider litigation team to deliver outstanding client service.

About You

Applications are welcomed from solicitors with experience in commercial litigation, as well as those with a property law or property litigation background looking to broaden their expertise and develop a career in contentious work.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience of commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters
• Possess knowledge of recoveries, debt recovery, and insolvency work, or a genuine interest in developing these areas
• Have experience or an interest in property-related disputes and receiver work
• Demonstrate excellent organisational and case management skills
• Be confident dealing directly with clients and professional contacts
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Be commercially minded with a pragmatic approach to legal issues
