Job summary

Yorkshire Pie Company is seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor in the East Riding of Yorkshire to join its busy dispute resolution team. You will manage a mixed caseload of civil and commercial matters, handling cases from pre-action through to trial or settlement, and provide clear, commercially focused advice to clients.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in litigation or dispute resolution
• Confident managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision
• Strong drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills
• Commercially aware with excellent client care skills
• Ambitious and keen to progress within a reputable regional firm

Responsibilities
