A well-established firm is currently seeking a General Litigation Solicitor to join their team in Isleworth. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in handling a wide range of litigation matters and providing high-quality legal advice to clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage a caseload of general litigation matters, including probate disputes, breach of contract, and property-related cases.
2. Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide expert legal opinions.
3. Represent clients in court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution processes.
4. Collaborate with other members of the legal team to strategize and develop case theories.
5. Stay updated on changes in legislation and legal precedents that may impact client cases.
6. Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and legal guidance.
7. Work closely with paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case management.

Qualifications:

• Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years post-qualification experience in general litigation.
