We are working with a growing law firm seeking a Civil Litigation Solicitor, with a skillset in contentious landlord and tenant matters, to join their team. As a Civil Litigation Solicitor in this busy team, you'll benefit from zero chargeable hours and the ability to work remotely. Your focus will be on handling claims related to contentious landlord and tenant issues.

In this role, you’ll manage a range of contentious landlord and tenant cases, work closely with clients, and provide expert advice on matters such as possession proceedings and eviction notices, while collaborating with the wider team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of contentious landlord and tenant matters, including possession proceedings and eviction notices.
• Prepare and issue court proceedings for possession, attend hearings, and represent clients in possession-related cases.
• Liaise directly with clients to ensure excellent service delivery and maintain strong client relationships.
• Stay updated on changes in landlord and tenant law and provide training and updates to the team as needed.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor capable of making strategic decisions in litigation. You should have full experience of the Civil Procedure Rules and court processes, be able to manage a busy caseload, and work well within a team.
