The Opportunity

Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a talented Employment Solicitor to join them in a remote capacity, meaning the successful candidate can be based anywhere in the country. You will manage a caseload of a broad range of employment matters, including both respondent and claimant work. The firm is currently focused on finding a solid litigator and is very solutions-focused, offering an exciting time for the business as they explore alternative ways of working.

What’s needed for me to be considered?

• Be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3+ years PQE
• Ability to run your own caseload with minimal supervision, including respondent and claimant work (ideally a strong litigation background)
• A strong team player willing to share ideas to provide clients with the best solutions
• A positive, enthusiastic attitude with a friendly approach
• Organised with excellent time management skills
