G2 Legal Limited in Margate, Kent, is seeking a Dispute Resolution Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (NQ-5 PQE) to join its growing team on a hybrid basis. The role offers ownership of varied cases from instruction through to resolution.

You will manage your own caseload, draft pleadings and court documents, handle hearings, and progress matters with clients. The firm values flexibility, professional development and a supportive environment, with relocation help for those moving to the area.

Dispute Resolution Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive (NQ-5 PQE)

Margate, Kent | Hybrid Working | Full or Part-Time

A highly regarded regional law firm is seeking a Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join its growing Dispute Resolution team in East Kent.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and supportive team with a strong reputation for handling a broad range of contentious matters for both individuals and businesses. The successful candidate will enjoy a varied caseload, high levels of client contact and the opportunity to take ownership of matters from instruction through to resolution.

The Role

You will manage your own caseload while supporting senior colleagues on more complex disputes, including:

• Property disputes and landlord & tenant matters
• Contractual and commercial disputes
• Employment disputes
• Probate and inheritance disputes
• Boundary and neighbour disputes
• General civil litigation matters

You will be involved in drafting pleadings, witness statements and court documents, issuing proceedings, attending hearings, instructing experts and progressing matters through the litigation process.

About You

The ideal candidate will be:

• A qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
• Between NQ-5 years' PQE
• Experienced in managing litigation matters independently
• Confident dealing with court procedures and dispute resolution processes
• Commercially aware and solutions-focused
• An excellent communicator with strong client care skills
