You will manage commercial contract disputes, debt recovery, landlord and tenant issues, property litigation, contentious probate, civil litigation, professional negligence, ADR/mediation, and general disputes, with mentoring and client

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE in Commercial Litigation or Dispute Resolution.
• Experience managing a broad range of contentious matters.
• Comfortable running your own caseload with appropriate supervision.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills.
• Commercially aware and solutions-focused.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• Enjoy collaborating within a team environment.
• Keen to contribute to business development activities.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded regional law firm in Orpington, Kent.

The Role

You will manage a varied caseload of commercial and civil disputes while working closely with experienced colleagues across several specialist practice areas.

Matters will include:

• Commercial contract disputes
• Debt recovery and debt claims
• Landlord and tenant disputes
• Property litigation matters
• Contentious probate claims
• Civil litigation
• Professional negligence disputes
• Alternative dispute resolution and mediation
• General business and contractual disputes
