Job summary

Reed is assisting in sourcing a Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive for a leading law firm in East Kent. The role, based in Margate with hybrid working options, involves handling a diverse dispute resolution caseload with up to five years PQE.

You will manage complex litigation across property, employment, probate, and general commercial disputes, drafting documents, instructing experts, and driving cases to resolution.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.
• Up to five years' post-qualification experience in litigation.
• Strong litigation management skills and court experience.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• Commercial awareness and a solution-focused approach.

My client is a leading law firm in East Kent, as a Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive. With up to five years' post-qualification experience, you will be part of their esteemed Dispute Resolution team, handling a diverse caseload and building strong client relationships.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Manage and assist with complex litigation matters including property, employment, probate, contractual, and general commercial disputes.
• Oversee litigation procedures from initiation to resolution, including court proceedings, drafting legal documents, and instructing experts.
• Work autonomously and collaboratively, contributing to high-value dispute management.
