G2 Legal Limited in Margate, Kent, is seeking a Dispute Resolution Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (NQ-5 PQE) to join its growing team on a hybrid basis. The role offers ownership of varied cases from instruction through to resolution.

You will manage your own caseload, draft pleadings and court documents, handle hearings, and progress matters with clients. The firm values flexibility, professional development and a supportive environment, with relocation help for those moving to the area.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
• Between NQ and 5 years' PQE
• Experience managing litigation matters independently
• Confident with court procedures and dispute resolution processes
• Commercially aware and solutions-focused
• Excellent communicator with strong client care
• Keen to develop their career within a growing team

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload independently while supporting senior colleagues
• Draft pleadings, witness statements and court documents
• Issue proceedings and attend hearings
• Instruct experts and progress matters through litigation
