Job summary

Lexel is seeking a Property Litigation Associate Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join their Brighton-area team on a hybrid basis. You will manage a day-to-day caseload, handle housing litigation, landlord-tenant issues, injunctions, possession claims and disrepair matters, and support partners on larger matters.

You will interact with clients, meet deadlines, supervise junior staff, and contribute to marketing and business development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years PQE in property litigation.
• IT literate with Word, Excel and Outlook.

• Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister with 3+ years' PQE
