Qualifications

• Experience as a Litigation Paralegal or Legal Assistant.
• Experience in Civil Litigation and/or Employment Law would be advantageous.
• Strong drafting, organisational and client care skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A proactive team player keen to develop their legal career.

Responsabilités

• Drafting legal correspondence, court forms, claims and pleadings.
• Preparing court bundles and supporting hearings and mediations.
• Managing client enquiries and providing case updates.
• Maintaining case files and updating the case management system.
• Coordinating meetings, appointments and diaries.
• Assisting with billing, invoicing and general legal administration.
• Supporting fee earners with case preparation and compliance requirements.
