G2 Legal Limited is recruiting an Employment Paralegal for its Solihull team. You will support solicitors on casework, manage documents and bundles, and take precise notes from meetings and enquiries. DocuSign circulation and deadline monitoring are key parts of the role.

You'll contribute to a collaborative, client-focused environment, with clear career progression and ongoing professional development in employment law within a boutique firm.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting legal casework or projects.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Experience in a legal environment, particularly employment law.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe and DocuSign.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good time management and a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Supporting solicitors with casework and projects.
• Managing legal documents and preparing bundles.
• Taking clear and accurate meeting and initial enquiry notes.
• Circulating and tracking agreements via DocuSign.
• Monitoring deadlines and helping to keep matters on track.
• Providing general administrative support to the legal team.
