G2 Legal Limited in Abingdon is seeking a Private Client Legal Assistant/Paralegal to support a Private Client Solicitor. The role offers hands-on experience in Wills, Probate, LPAs and estate administration with training and progression towards solicitor or CILEX qualification.

You will gain exposure to a varied Private Client caseload, alongside a well-regarded firm that prioritises client care and professional development.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal, ideally within Private Client
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach

Responsabilités

• Assisting with the preparation of Wills, LPAs and other legal documents
• Supporting probate, estate administration and Court of Protection matters
• Responding to client enquiries and providing professional client care
• Maintaining client files and updating the case management system
• Assisting with Land Registry applications, billing and invoicing
• Managing diaries, appointments and general file administration
• Ensuring compliance with AML, SRA and other regulatory requirements
